How baked pet food is produced?

1.Features of the LYE series baked food forming machine:

(1)It consists of a feed roller and a canvas-driven rubber roller. It is driven by three motors respectively, and the speed is variable frequency. 

(2)The compression of the rubber roller is automatically controlled by the motor, and the two sides of the demoulding pressure roller can be adjusted.

(3)In this structure, there are mechanisms such as canvas correction and stretching, faceting knife adjustment, canvas scraping and slag removal, feed roller gap adjustment, and auxiliary pressure roller disassembly and assembly. 

(4)There is a clean and sanitary slag recovery device at the secondary canvas conveying. 

(5)The whole equipment adopts variable frequency speed regulation.

(6)It supports the replacement of molds to produce granular products of various shapes. The surface of Baked Goods can be printed with some patterns with company logos or letters to facilitate corporate publicity.
